Sonic Message Manager v1.4 released

Sonic Message Manager v1.4 has been released to the general public and contains the following new features and fixes:
- 32: Allow the user to filter the queue list
- 54: Allow XmlMessages to be sent
- 74: Improve drag and drop operations
- 75: Add saving and loading of .esbmsg files
- 76: Progress dialog sometimes gets stuck
- 77: Handling of messages in messages (in messages)
