I have customer that would love to use this tool. However, it does not work for their implementation because the tool requires always connect only to management broker. Their message broker is listening on a different port than the management broker and do not have access to management broker in environments other than development. Any future plan??

This requires a connection to the management broker to enumerate the available message brokers and the queues that exist on those brokers. It cannot do this when connecting directly to a message broker and thus it cannot work.

It will work fine if you have multiple brokers listening on different ports and on different servers, as long as you have entered their TCP_ACCEPTORs correctly (with the full url to the machine/port).

If you do not have access to the management broker it is impossible to use this tool and you should use the JMS Test Client. A version that will allow this kind of use would not be trivial to create as you would need an interface to define the available brokers and queues manually. It would take several days of development to do this and I just haven’t the time to do it.
